Our fast-growing London team is seeking a smart, proactive and driven Account Manager to drive the adoption of Crowdicity’s Idea Management platform across EMEA. Our growth is directly linked to our customers’ success and Crowdicity Account Managers play an integral role in that success by nurturing and growing accounts, building long-lasting relationships and helping our customers achieve amazing outcomes. As part of the account management team, you will help steer customers toward seamless implementation, usage and adoption of Crowdicity’s market leading idea management platform, whilst keeping a keen eye on cross-sale and upsale opportunities.

Crowdicity’s Account Managers are empathetic, personable and self-motivated - with a passion for helping customers achieve objectives through tapping in to the power of the crowd.
You will be an adaptable and creative individual who will help identify opportunities for open Innovation to drive real value within Crowdicity’s existing client accounts.
The setup, training and on-boarding of new Crowdicity customers from across EMEA
Growing existing Crowdicity accounts through proactively identifying new opportunities to realise value from open innovation or crowdsourcing
Identifying cross-sale and up-sale opportunities within existing accounts.
Reporting and forecasting.
Setting and attending client review meetings, training sessions and Exec meetings.
Working collaboratively with sales, support and Crowdicity customers to set innovation objectives and strategies to help ensure success
Contributing to the development of on-boarding, support and user education material.
Being the voice of our customers, helping to gather, prioritise and communicate customer feedback and feature requests
You Will Have:
1+ years of account management or customer success experience within a fast-growing technology company
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for preparing and presenting customer materials
A can-do attitude, willingness to perform as part of a team and get things done
A passion for new technology
A keen eye for detail
A methodical approach to goal setting and execution
